On December 15th, Orange Group opened their third IZZZI hotel in the very heart of the Northern Capital – on Bankovsky Lane, 3. The certified 3* apartment complex is located in a cultural heritage building, so during the work not only the historical facade was preserved carefully, but also the interior details were cautiously restored.
Ergonomics and technology – that’s the concept of the new IZZZI. Guests will be offered "smart numbers" with Alice, the voice assistant, connected. At the same time, the location of the hotel is imbued with the history and spirit of St. Petersburg. Alexandrinsky Theater, BDT, the apartment museum of N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov, Vorontsov Palace, Kazan Cathedral and the famous griffins on the Bank Bridge are nearby. The Small Gostiny Dvor is also close by. Now part of its building is occupied by a new apartment complex. And it has always been a place of attraction for citizens, as a market, a center of trade.
The opening of the apart-hotel began with the handing over the keys to investors.
