Orange Life Dubai will also act as a developer – individual buildings in the UAE capital after their acquisition will be rebuilt into apartment hotels under the management of IZZZI Management Company. Negotiations are already underway to purchase three buildings, and it is planned to close the first deal by the end of 2022! Investors have already been offered products with different entry amounts and with the registration of shares.
The presentation of the eastern projects of the Orange Group will take place on October 30 in St. Petersburg at the Real estate Fair, largest in the North-West of the Russian Federation.
