The real estate business, Orange Estate Management, part of the Orange Group, has acquired a new property. The four-story building was built in 1854. This is a former Apartment Building of Bazhanov, located on the 4th line of Vasilievsky Island at number 51. The building was recognized as an emergency in 2008 and was resettled. The reconstruction of the building is planned with the preservation of the external architectural appearance, as a commitment to the  Committee for state control, use and protection of historical and cultural monuments. The large area of the building of 2671 square meters allows you to consider the object for both residential and commercial use. We will write about the development of this object. Stay tuned!
