Orange.Development, department of Orange Group company received a permission for reconstruction of the building at 62/2A, 7th line of Vasilyevsky Island. Another building will be erected and attached to the existing one. According to the project, in the new building, we applied simple, concise architectural and artistic solutions based on strict geometric shapes which repeat outline of the building. The front of the reconstructed part will be performed in structural patent plate. The new building is viewed as an office center. Next to the building, arrangement of the area is planned, and placement of bike-parking stalls is considered. The project is planned to be completed within the next two years.
