- Apart-hotel 4* on Gorokhovaya str. 47B is preparing to welcome guests;
- 2 land plots for apart-hotel construction are being searched in Dubai. However, the expansion of the company's presence in the international market is not limited to the UAE, the market of a new country for the Group is being studied. The mobile group is already on site, the results will be announced later.
- But the Russian market is not forgotten either. The construction of an investment hotel in Moscow on Sadovnicheskaya Street 15 continues and in parallel the search for new interesting objects and locations is underway.
