Izzzi at Bolshaya Moskovskaya and Bankovsky yielded 8.5 - 9% per annum, which is 2,252.54 - 2,330.99 rubles per square meter per month at 89.4% and 86.7% occupancy respectively. The apartments' capitalization has grown by an average of 37% across the three properties since the start of sales.
