The new positive hotel chain IZZZI, which launched its first hotel in December 2020, in the central district of St. Petersburg, builds  ambitious plans for 2021. These plans include expansion in other parts of the city with an equally iconic location than the first hotel. The address of the new future hotel is Gorokhovaya street 47B, it will be a completely new building with an uncommon interior design and an outwardly restrained loft style. Guests of the hotel will find themselves in the heart of  events of the cultural capital. In addition to the innovative hotel, future guests will have a huge food hall, a view restaurant, as well as business center services.
