According to an established tradition, once a year Orange Group conducts a survey among its employees, where everyone can express their opinion on business optimization. The title of the survey is «Where is our gilded refined gold?». The concept of the «gilded refined gold» came to us from Shakespeare's plays. But the name for the survey was taken from another book, where the gilded refined gold was an analogy of excesses and irrational use of resources. So, inspired by the book, we use the survey to decide which tasks and processes are outdated in our company, and which ones should be paid more attention to. Everyone's opinion is taken into account!
