This is the first ORANGE GROUP project in Russia outside of St. Petersburg. The building is located 700 meters from the Kremlin, in the historical part of the Russian capital city. The title has been registered in early 2022, and reconstruction has been already started. According to the plan, it will be a 4* hotel; the project value is mln 100 $.
