Talent, Energy and High Spirit will live here! The multifunctional space will accommodate the innovative and comfortable hotel IZZZI 4*, as well as bars, restaurants, and street retail. Orange Group will be managing 5,675 sq. m. The new building will be constructed on the site of the former courtyard house of late 19th century. And although the building has no special historical value, we treat it very carefully as a heritage of the forebears. Therefore, a part of the retainable courtyard house walls are integrated into design.
The hotel is designed for 86 rooms. Each room has its own kitchen. The rooms are offered in five categories with various furnishings and layout from 15 to 51 sq. m.

It’s one of the most beautiful buildings on Vasilyevsky Island of the 21st century: French-style balconies, panoramic windows, mosaics in the halls, two-level units on the upper floor, glazed ceiling in the penthouse. The mansion blends with historical landscape of the island that has hosted almost all higher educational institutions of the Northern capital since the 19th century. Orange Development has renovated and finished the building, reconstructed all internal utility systems, restored the granite facade as a signature of this facility.
Merchant Bazhenov’s income-bearing house 51 on the 4th line of Vasilyevsky Island was constructed in 1854 in eclectic style. The building doesn’t belong to the cultural heritage, however it is a historical building. This is a five-storeyed block of apartments for long-term and mid-term lease. The future income-bearing house currently undergoes major repairs performed by Orange Development. Some local changes in the face and courtyard facades are also expected.
A new shopping mall Dialog on Dachny 17, block 2, will soon welcome the new guests and tenants. The building is located 70 meters from Prospekt Veteranov subway station in the area of high pedestrian traffic and active car traffic. Total area of the building is 4,103 sq. m.
